In CNC machine, we encountered an error that prevented it from moving forward. When we checked HMI screen, we saw that error was related to limit switch. It was 3 plunger limit switch, and one of its buttons was stuck. After disassembling the limit switch, we fixed the button, and the machine operates normally. At the end of video, we put model of limit switch; therefore, you can find manual of this limit switch on the Internet.

CNC dəzgahında hərəkətini dayandıran xəta ilə qarşılaşdıq. HMI ekranına baxdığımız zaman xətanın limit switch ilə əlaqəli olduğu aydın oldu. Dəzgahın limit switch hissəsini sökdüyümüz zaman limit switch-in 3 cüt kontaktının (3 fərqli düymə) olduğunu gördük. Düymələrdən biri mexaniki olaraq ilişib qalmışdı. Limit switchi sökərək mexaniki ilişməni aradan qaldırıb dəzgahı resetlədikdən sonra xəta həll oldu və dəzgah normal şəkildə işləməyə davam etdi.
